Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using VIPGo. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VIPGo.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VIPGo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including administrators, operators, and any other visitors.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information. • Maintain and promptly update your account information. • Keep your password secure and confidential. • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: • Violate any applicable laws or regulations. • Impersonate any person or entity. • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Service. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. • Use automated tools to access the Service without our express written consent. • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
4. Payment & Subscriptions
Paid features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are: • Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. • Non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. • Subject to change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. All payments are processed by our third-party payment providers.
5. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or input into the Service ("Your Data"). By using the Service, you grant VIPGo a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. We will not sell or share Your Data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VIPGo. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business operations.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of Your Data within 30 days of termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIPGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
